The Ask: To celebrate the launch of Lutron’s partnerships with Google Home and Sonos, the smart lighting brand needed us to create website copy that explained the new features now available to existing users.
The Outcome: Departing from the traditionally technical copy that Caséta had used in the past, we talked about how these smart devices would work together using a more conversational tone—something that mirrored the casual and approachable voice of Google Home and Sonos.
